We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The hotel's location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance of a supermarket and shopping mall with various restaurants. It made it easy for us to explore the lively shopping area and indulge in some retail therapy. we loved the fact that the hotel provided shuttle buses to Sultan Ahmet and Taksim, making it convenient for us to visit popular tourist spots without any hassle.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a perfect way to unwind after my busy day. the restaurant and bar offered a fantastic range of drinks and delectable food with impeccable service. My room was equipped with private facilities and a sun terrace with breath, taking views of the sea.

Despite offering high, quality service, there was a minor issue I encountered in this hotel. the spa centre was a little bit crowded, and I had to wait for my massage appointment longer than I expected.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as it was very close to a ferry station that allowed us to easily cross over to the Asian side. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping center, which was great for some last-minute shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel had a convenient shuttle service, although we didn't use it due to our early morning flight. taxis were readily available and affordable. We enjoyed the free access to the pool, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Our son had a great time playing with other kids. The Galleria shopping center across the hotel was a nice addition, with shops and restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to popular attractions like the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Aya Sophia. Thank you.
